Welcome to Oceanview Loft located in one of the most walkable and friendly neighborhoods in Belfast! This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is on the top floor of a duplex with views of the ocean and a brand new deck to enjoy. The Loft is teeming with Maine charm including beautiful wood floors and details throughout, with the modern amenities for your comfort. Be one of the first to stay in this special space and use it as a retreat to relax or a jumping off point to explore the Midcoast!

Oceanview Loft is a duplex located between downtown Belfast and City park - a few minute walk to either place. Upon arrival you can park in front of the two-bay garage or directly in front of the house by the sidewalk. The main entrance for the house in the front door complete with a smart lock for your convenience. Once inside the entryway, you`ll see the stairs to the main living area and plenty of space for shoes, coats and bags.

Up the stairs to the right you`ll find the two bedrooms and bright bathroom complete with a beautiful claw foot tub. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed, desk and plenty of clothing storage. The second bedroom has two twin beds and one of the beds is an extra long twin, perfect for a taller guest!

The main living room area has a Smart TV and dining room table with space for four. Beyond that is the well stocked kitchen to cook and enjoy a great meal. The door off the kitchen leads to the brand new deck with a table and grill for ultimate enjoyment!

Please note, there is no washer or dryer in the Loft, but we can assist you with laundry if you ask!

Guests have access to the entire top floor of the duplex, including the deck. There are a couple locked cabinets for owner use and guests do not have access to that.

Guests do not have access to the garage, other than for the trash bins. The garage can be accessed by the side door..

Guests can contact me anytime via the Airbnb app or my cell phone in an emergency. My direct number is located in the unit.

There is no washer or dryer in the unit.

The tub/shower is a bit precarious and requires close attention to making sure the curtain is fully closed.

Trash in garage and can be accessed via the side door.

There is a grill for your use but please let us know if you run out of propane so we can replace it.
