"Just returned from staying at a street view apartment. Bigger than expected with separate bedroom, kitchen living area and good size bathroom. We like to have our own kitchen, hence an apartment suits us well. This is not a hotel so do not expect your bed to be made each day, we personally prefer the privacy. were only there 4 nights. The location was fabulous, so central, the bus station was next to the apartments and buses so easy to navigate and use. Lots of good places to eat...

"The spa was excellent, i have mobility issues and the pool is down a steep staircase but manageable if you take it carefully. Maggie and Simone gave us fantastic massages and facials and the facilities were great, really relaxing . The hotel itself was wonderful, location perfect, a bit confusing as to where reception is but apart from that it was perfect. Prosecco on arrival, top notch breakfast, loads of choice and all of the staff are so friendly, Elephantus was so helpful on reception,...

"Newly refurbished rooms, staff lovely, pleasant, comfortable stay, apart from the double glazed window in room, which was gapping and didn't keep out the noise from the extractor fans. Needs fixed. Made staff aware of this and they offered to change rooms, but, we were happy to stay put. Rooms held the heat so wasn't too much of a problem. Window still needs sorted though. Room 91. Cobweb dust on every corner of ceiling, so, although room adequate, needs properly cleaned. Enjoyed our stay though...

"Large hotel with lots of facility's. Fantastic swimming pool, numerous bars& restaurants, entertainment for all ages. Not a sea front hotel but in a nice location & a nice walk through the park to town & buses."

It has a lovely quiet garden.The food is very good here and breakfasts are cooked well and speedy service.Bus routes to main bus station is 13 minutes away plenty of choices of restaurants by the inn.And as a bonus and a Morrison’s shop conveniently a few minutes away, if needed."
