"Excellent Room, Fabulous sea view only downside was the bathroom could do with an upgrade, although it was perfectly functional. Also it would be good to have a fridge in the room. Swimming pool good but it would have been even better if it was located at the front of the hotel, to get the afternoon sun. "This is our first time in Jersey and we were not disappointed. This hotel is amazing, the staff were all very wonderful they all made us feel special. The room was lovely but the bed was a little bit uncomfortable for me but this is really down to personal preference. All the meals that we had were delicious and well presented. "From arrival to departure we were made to feel welcome the staff are superb nothing is too much trouble. The food is absolutely delicious perfectly presented and portioned. The rooms are very comfortable the bed linen is superb plenty of tea and coffee. "Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Problem with toilet was remedied immediately. Hotel could do with pool area being smartened up. Sound proofing between rooms not the best. "The property is great. It has great views of the marina and is right beside the bus station so very convenient for getting around. They have fresh Scones and Croissants free every morning. The room is very quite which was great because we are light sleepers. The staff are also very helpful. We will be coming back."
