The Imperial Torquay
The staff were freindly and helpful. The room was a little tired and in need of updating. The main social rooms of the hotel have characterful decor and are well kept.

The air confitioning was noisy (Rm 102) and kept clicking on/off resulting in a disturbed night.

Received a text stating that access codes for the property would be provided shortly after 14:00 for check in at 15:00. Phoned at 14:30 and left message. Cosy, Traditional & Close to Everything
Absolutely stunning little cottage! Loved everything about it, the decor was beautiful, cosy and just inviting. Have taken some idea home with us! Hot Tub Heaven in Beautiful Village, Close to Beaches - Blue Flag & Dog Friendly
Arrived to discover a delightful fruit cake and milk , tea bags and all the things you might need when at home . Olive oil etc. We had a lovely stay . Deb looked after the hot tub too, to ensure it was safe to use. We wanted to return but the house was already booked!
