"One of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed with in a long time. Staff was above and beyond friendly as well as being professional. Breakfast was amazing. [Cook and server was astounding and meals were more than anyone could imagine] We would go back tomorrow if we had the time. How does one get points for future visits with Holiday express. "I don’t even know where to begin. The Hotelnis absolutely nothing like pictured when you go to book it. The hotel halls smelled so bad I literally gagged it smells like decades of mold, cigarettes, marijuana and just plain filth. The room was so disgusting.
