"Front desk was helpful and kind. There was a long line and he got through us quickly and kindly. The trash was over filling going into the elevator - probably the only con for us.
Room was nice and clean.
Bed was comfortable.
AC worked.
Location was close to shopping, food and the ymca gym. Was perfect for our family!"

"Waited 20 minutes to check in as front desk staff while they were on a call with another customer. Would have been helpful if they called another staff member to assist the customers in line.
I was surprised there was no Kleenex or hair dryers in the rooms. They do have hair dryers available but you have to ask the front desk. I wasn’t able to get one until 2nd night as none were available to “checkout”. Disappointing there are no coffee makers provided in the rooms.

"The room was surprisingly large, and the bed was very comfortable. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. It seemed like a very nice neighborhood as well. Their breakfast was more than just a continental breakfast, they had pancakes and rolls and toast and fruit and juice and coffee and oatmeal. It was really quite good."
