"The owners have thought of everything right down to those who travel with their pet. The only challenge was the steep stairs to the bedroom for our dog. Would come again in warmer weather so that we could go out in the canoe. Lovely property."

"My daughter and I stayed at Carl’s place for a few days to see the eclipse. The chalet is absolutely lovely and we loved waking up each morning to the sunrise & the trees and the view of the lake…it was magical. Carl was nothing but wonderful and is there to make your stay memorable. Would definitely recommend!"

"We rented this for the extended President’s Day Weekend. The description was completely accurate and exceeded our expectations. This is a modern rental but gives you the comforts of home feel. "We rented this house for the weekend of Snodeo in Old Forge. The house is conveniently located and is within walking distance to the restaurants and bars. We had a vendor booth at the Snodeo show so we didn't spend much time at the house but it worked out perfectly for what we needed. Communication with the host was excellent."

"This place is awesome! I feel like the pictures don’t really do it justice. The kitchen is wide open to the family room with a great island and the dining room table sits 8-10 ppl. It’s so close to town, as well, BUT it doesn’t feel like it. The property manager, Jason, was so prompt with my questions, and was a true professional. I HIGHLY recommend this sweet house!"

"House was not ready for check-in. Microwave was broken. Walk to house was not shoveled or salted (Luckily we had a shovel with us and I went out and bought my own bag of rock salt). "We had a wonderful time staying in this adorable cabin on over 90 acres. We loved sitting by the fire at night, and our dogs loved having plenty of open space to run and play. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you'll need, and the location provided us with a quiet getaway. Michelle is a wonderful host who was quick to respond to my questions.
