On the first floor of a charming typical building, Chez Barbara is a two-room apartment of 35m2, bright, warm and functional, comprising a beautiful romantic bedroom, a designer lounge, a bathroom with shower and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The greatest comfort awaits you: a high-end queen-size bed (160/200), Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob and microwave.
A large screen TV and WiFi Internet access are available.
As well as the necessary to taste the wine that you will have found in our beautiful region.
You will be at home there, a Zen atmosphere of relaxation and serenity awaits you. Calm in Beaune to relax. The accommodation has little overlooked and is very bright.

5 minutes from the SNCF train station, numerous places to park and park in the historic center (paying) and on the peripheral boulevards (free).
Saint-Etienne car park 2 minutes 'walk away and free car parks 7 minutes' walk away.
Ideally located in the historic center, near the SNCF train station, near restaurants, shops, boutiques and the Hôtel Dieu, Chez Barbara overlooks a pretty square full of typical Beaune charm. Its location allows you to discover Beaune on foot. You can visit all of Beaune on foot from the apartment.

My wife and I had a lovely time.Starting with it’s great location…. A great bistro nextdoor, a short walk to anything in the twn center.The appartment is snug, cosy and clean. We enjoyed it a lot.

This was a very nice apartment with a comfortable cooking/eating/sitting area, separate bedroom and bath. It is very well located within 5-10 minutes of the town center. We solved the paid parking issue by generally parking in a free lot off the ring road 5+ minute walk away. The only criticism we had was the lack of instructions for the appliances. The electric stove top desperately needs instructions for its incomprehensible control panel—we finally got it to work, sort of, but it took two days. It got cold in the evening but we were unable to get either of the heating devices (if that is what they were) to work as ,again, no instructions.

Beaune did not disappoint

Great flat and location for the price. Could walk everywhere and a great wine shop, (Rod), outside the flat. Barbara was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Be aware this location is on 2nd floor, as known by guests from US.

Schöne kleine Wohnung zentrumsnah

Eine schnuckelige Wohnung, 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum. Wir waren mit zwei Hunden dort, sie haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist wie Frankreich um 1700, sehr romantisch, Bäcker, Restaurant und Weinhändler direkt gegenüber. Restaurant war übrigens gut. Mit Lärm gab es keine Probleme. Wir hatten aber nachts nicht das Fenster auf. Parkplätze gibt es an der Straße. Man muss aber ein Ticket ziehen oder etwas laufen zu den kostenlosen, Vielen dank an Barbara für die vielen Tipps.

This property was located very close to all of the wonderful things that Beaune has to offer, dining, shopping, bike rentals and the train station. Communication was great throughout the process. Would highly recommend staying here if you ever find yourself in Beautiful Beaune!

Lovely apartment in the center of historic Beaune

An absolutely lovely little apartment within walking distance of all the best shops and sights in Beaune. Barbara is a great host and communicator. There is plenty of on street parking as well as a lovely boulangerie across the street. What more do you need!

Beaune Gem!

Lovely quiet apartment, 5 min. Walk from train station. Barbara has it well stocked and clean. Very comfortable bed and excellent shower pressure. 1 flight up. 5 minute walk into town center and 15 minute walk out into the amazing vineyards. Wonderful seamless stay at Barbara’s!! Very nice room and friendly owner

We have stayed two nights in this cute property at the center of Beaune. Room is clean and beautiful, very conveniently located that we can walk to the restaurants and other attractions in the city center. Barbara was very helpful to guide our first visit to Beaune as well!

The Perfect Apartment, Location & Host!

We stayed at 8 properties during our 3 week vacation in France and this was our favorite by far! Easy check-in, close street parking available and the perfect location to walk everywhere in Beaune. Nice restaurant options within minutes, several wine shops and a patisserie just outside your door. The apartment was spotless and well appointed, our host thought of every detail for a very comfortable stay! Upon arrival we discovered a thoughtful welcome gift waiting for us along with our dinner reservation details-Merci Barbara!

I truly enjoyed my time in Barbara’s place, Beaune and the surrounding country. An exceptional street scene, a market not to be missed and the easy access to parks and vineyards made this a most relaxed experience. Her flat was just wonderful!!! I traveled solo, by train to Beaune, and I found that experience very doable for a English speaker. Barbara’s personal touch and accessibility makes you feel truly cared for.

Perfect and Charming!

I have nothing but lovely things to say about Barbara's charming apartment. It's convenient to all sites within the center of Beaune. It's beautiful and stocked with everything we could have conceivably wanted. The bed is gloriously comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The apartment is a good size for two people. Barbara was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. I recommend Chez Barbara without hesitation.

Fantastic Apartment

We were so impressed with Barbara's place. It is so nicely appointed with many nice things that were both functional and nice to look at. Of all the places we've stayed in this was the nicest by far. Plus, Beaune is such a gem of a place. I recommend it to all wine, food and history lovers.

Exceptional property in a great location

This is the perfect spot for a couple to enjoy a visit to Burgundy. The unit is up one easy flight of stairs and is just a couple blocks from the busiest parts of the city on a quiet square. The Rick Steves-recommended restaurant next door (La Table de Guigone) is excellent (THE place to get beef bourguignon). There is also a great boulangerie/patisserie next door. The unit itself is bright and cheery with many decorative touches that make it feel like a home. The queen bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. Check-in and check-out could not be easier with a lock box holding keys right outside the door. We loved our stay at Chez Barbara!

The Perfect Apartment

We really enjoyed this very comfortable apartment. It was very clean, nicely decorated and a short walking distance to restaurants and shops. Also on a quiet street with good parking. Barbara gave us information on things to do and restaurants to dine in. We highly recommend this apartment when you visit beautiful Beaune, France.

Perfect location, helpful host

Just inside the ancient walls, this apartment is perfectly situated for a visit to the town and the region. We parked out front, had a fabulous meal at the restaurant across the street and walked 5 minutes to the center of town. Barbara was great. She was responsive and helpful. When we return to the area, we will book again.
