The amenities this home offers are far above average: it has a float pool, ice plunge pool, huge outdoor kitchen with a propane grill and full-size fridge, a separate 3-room pool house for more private quarters (kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom) and furnished with a plush queen pillow top bed, an in-garage gym, and even an ice plunge pool!

There are also two separate living/entertaining areas: the open concept great room flows seamlessly into a dining area that seats six, a fully stocked kitchen, and into a spacious living room at the back of the house that is set up with a reclining sectional sofa for movie watching. There are three more bedrooms in the main house, furnished with 5 beds, and two full bathrooms.

The entertainment area out back has a fully decked and covered dining and gathering space, plus an amazing play area that has multiple slides into the pool, plus a rock climbing wall, and a safely fenced trampoline. If you bring children, they will never be bored!
1. ISSUES/CONCERNS/BREAKAGE: Please report any issues to me via email, booking channel messages, or text so that I can promptly attend to them.
2. NO PETS are allowed - if a pet is brought inside, there is a $300 fee added to your bill.
3. SMOKING, VAPING, and E-CIGS: Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside the home. $300 fee if a guest smokes/vapes in the home.
4. NO LARGE PARTIES ARE ALLOWED: If an unauthorized large party is hosted in the home, there will be a $500 fee added to your billing, in addition to any damages. If a noise violation is reported to authorities, that is cause for immediate termination of the booking, and a $500 fee via your booking channel payment method.
5. Ruined linens (bed or bath) will incur a replacement charge via your booking channel payment method.
