Farm cottage in a quiet location near the sea

A typical detached half-timbered house, renovated in 1995, ideal for relaxing with family in a peaceful setting amidst our apple trees and near our cider cellar. In the heart of the Pays d'Auge region of Calvados, on the Cider Route, close to the beaches… The cottage sleeps a maximum of 5/6 people. On the first floor: - dining room with open fireplace and TV - fitted and equipped kitchen - shower room with washing machine - separate WC - electric heating. Upstairs: - at the top of the stairs, 1 mezzanine bedroom with a sofa bed (pillows and duvet provided) - 1 private bedroom with a double bed (pillows and duvet) - 1 private bedroom with three single beds (pillows and duvets) - books and board games. Outside, available: - a barbecue, 4 folding deck chairs and a wooden picnic table. Within 6 km you will find: bakery, butcher, pharmacy, tobacconist, hairdresser, garage. Places to visit: - you can taste the cider products made on our farm - Beuvron-en-Auge 10 minutes away - Dives-sur-Mer, Cabourg, Houlgate 15 minutes away for the beach - Deauville, Trouville, Honfleur 30 minutes away - D-Day Landing Beaches 45 minutes away minutes. No pets allowed - no smoking inside - no Wi-Fi access but good 4G phone network. Options: firewood (€30 per wheelbarrow), bath towels (€10/person), sheets (€15/bed) and cleaning (€70)
