  • Bungalow histórico (ca. 1892) ubicado en el hermoso distrito histórico del centro. Bajo campo de roble vivo / palmeras cubiertas de musgo español. A 5 cuadras del centro de marina y 5 otros desembarcos en bote. A 15 minutos en coche de la playa de Hunting Island, a 8 millas de una playa virgen e intacta. A pie de restaurantes, tiendas, museos, paseo marítimo y lugares de culto. Bicicleta de las 11 millas de musgo español tr. Kayak o remo en el glorioso intercoastal. Casas de Antebellum vistas a caballo y en buggy. 10 minutos en coche a la isla de Parris.


    Bungalow restaurado y reluciente (aprox. 1000 pies cuadrados) con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, calefacción, aire acondicionado, wifi, impresora / fax, Smart TV en cada habitación, lavadora / secadora, molinillo de café y prensa francesa, selección de tés. Chimenea de gas. Privado, con patio, parrilla / fogón, porche.     Puede caminar hasta canchas de tenis comunitarias, canchas de básquetbol y varios cementerios, incluido el cementerio militar nacional y otros con piedras que datan de cientos de años. Kayacking y remo están disponibles a través de una unidad de 5 minutos

Denise was easy to communicate with, and she was a wonderful host. There were many thoughtful accouterments that made our stay pleasant. We enjoyed walking to the many shops and restaurants in the historic district from the house.

House is adorable and very well stocked with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Denise is very accommodating and responsive. One of the best experiences we have ever had and the reason we return!

Sweet Littke Getaway Cottage

The Pelican Cottage was as advertised--a sweet littke getaway spot in historic Beaufort! I love the history of the house and neighborhood!

Great Location

The Pelican Cottage is located in the historic district and close to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was great for walking. The cottage was very pet friendly…complete with dog beds and treats! I would definitely recommend staying there!

Great location and very nice house

We really enjoyed our time in this house. It was comfy, clean and really close to downtown Beaufort. The owner was very responsive. Can’t think of a thing that wasn’t great!

Hidden gem

We had such a great stay at the Pelican cottage. Its location is fantastic with all sorts of Amenities around, but yet quiet and quaint. The house was well stocked and the attention to detail was great to experience. We enjoyed the front porch and the games available.

Loved this place

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was in the perfect location: close to the beach, but far enough away we weren’t in the hustle and bustle of things. It also is one of the few places we’ve stayed at that was truly pet friendly; little details throughout the house such as a dog bed let us know that they would be comfortable. The property manager was extenely nice and we are looking forward to coming back!

Very convenient, walkable getaway in a beautiful Southern town. Able to easily walk to restaurants, and other interesting places. Denise was easy to communicate with, and prompt with her replies. Thanks for letting us stay .

Great Visit

This was the second time I stayed in this cottage. We loved it both times. The host was wonderful and responded very quickly to any questions. Very easy walk to downtown and the waterfront. I would definitely recommend this cottage for a visit!!

Lovely cottage

Cute cottage on a quiet street within walking distance to bustling Bay Street. Well provisioned with everything you'd need for your stay and very clean. They even had a pet bed waiting for Trixie. Strongly recommend a short drive to Dockside Restaurant on Lady's Island. A great Southern Seafood restaurant.

Another Great Stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at this cottage! It’s perfect for me, my husband and our two dogs. Very efficient house - has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We love that it is located within the historic district. We take many walks! Access to great restaurants we walk to is also a plus! We will be back!
