Newly renovated and beautifully furnished mid-century cottage in the Pigeon Point neighborhood of Beaufort, SC. 3BR, 2BA. Two blocks from a small neighborhood riverfront park (Cuthbert Park), ten blocks from the neighborhood boat landing and one mile from downtown Beaufort, our beautiful cottage is set back off the road and surrounded by flowering trees and bushes. You will find everything you need for a quiet and peaceful visit to the lowcountry. You are invited to relax on the generous front porch, prepare local seafood in our well appointed kitchen, barbecue on the shaded rear deck, or gather around the fire pit while you enjoy the sounds and sights of our coastal paradise.
Our cottage features many one-of-a-kind, handcrafted furnishings, original and limited edition artworks, and fine architectural details.

Perfect house, property owner and location

Our return visit to the Luzny property was again PERFECT. It is the most comfortable and complete ‘home away from home’ possible. Stephanie and Paulo are most gracious hosts. All kitchen and cooking needs are stocked, as well as bicycles, beach chairs and even a guess pass to the famous Hunting Island State Park are supplied. Can’t wait to return!!!

Wonderful stay for couple from NW

This is the third home we have stayed at in Beaufort and it was by tar the best experience. First the owners were wonderful and were very prompt in answering a few questions and including sharing information about the interior paint color which we loved. The house is lovely, sunny, private, has both a front porch and back deck and quiet neighborhood. We are getting to know Beaufort and this general location is very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and layed out, something that is important to use as we like to cook in about half of the nights we are there. We will definately book this house again!

It’s the best

The hosts had everything we could have wanted. A bottle of wine with a bowl of snacks was waiting for us. A pass for us to use so we could go to the Hunters Island park and get in free was there. The host called me the day before we were to arrive just to make sure I had gotten the check in instructions.The house is very nicely decorated. I would highly recommend this place .

Idyllic place

Southern charm greets you from the moment you drive up. Our stay was wonderful, Stephanie and Palo did a fantastic job with the property, preserving the old and adding modern charm. The cottage is equipped with everything we needed and more. Love the backyard atmosphere- great place to kick back after a day exploring downtown. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to stay here again soon.

Family vacation

I have used vrbo for the past 7 years and can honestly say Stephanie and Pavol have been the most helpful and communicative hosts so far. We stood for 6 days in early August and soon as we drove up to the cottage we knew we had booked the perfect place! There was soft music playing, snacks, and a bottle of wine that we very much appreciated. The cottage was clean and well stocked, the front porch and the backyard were also nice and peaceful. We visited 4 different beaches with Hunting Island being our favorite! We also took a day trip to Savannah and Charleston. We visited the Beaufort water front park, it offers plenty of resturants, shops and even live music. We really enjoyed walking the streets and seeing the beautiful houses and trees full of Spanish moss. We would definitely consider visiting Beaufort again with one condition…we would have to stay at this very same cottage! Thank you again Stephanie and Pavol!

What’s more amazing than this magnificently renovated cottage is the amazing hosts, Palo and Stephanie. They are top notch, very welcoming and locally available to answer questions and offer assistance. Staying at this wonderful cottage really adds to the Beaufort experience; you will not be disappointed!

Perfect Dream House

Palo and Stephanie have created the most perfect home away. From the well stocked kitchen to the perfectly designed home, this place is a real gem. Comfortable seating on the front porch to the back yard fire pit, there's many places to relax with or without your fellow travelers. From the moment I arrived with the bowl of treats to the bottle of wine I knew this was the place for me in Beaufort and this was my 15th year in town. Look no further, this is the place. And don't forget the well stocked shed full of bikes.

Holidays with the family

We love staying in the cottage! It was our third time. It is a lovely place. We walk to the water every day. It’s close to downtown Beaufort and all it has to offer. We spent time in Frogmore, Dataw Island and Port Royal. This is truly a Low Country gem!

Cosy cottage

This cosy cottage was just perfect for our adult family. We were attending a weekend wedding on Spring Island and this place was amazing. We especially appreciated the pantry stocked with spices, olive oil, the bowl of snacks and a welcome bottle of red wine. We visited Hunting Island State Park and the vehicle pass was much appreciated. They also had bicycles we could borrow to explore Beaufort’s historic district. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely Cottage

House was wonderful, and perfect for the 5 of us. The decor was very nice and it was evident this home was renovated with love. Location is great with easy access to downtown area. Been doing VRBO and AIRBNB for over 10 years and Pigeon Point is our favorite home so far.

Absolutely Perfect!

Hands down the best vrbo we have ever stayed in. Thank you to Stephanie and Pavol for sharing such an amazing property! The house is clean and accommodating, comfortable bedding, great showers, fully stocked kitchen, amazing front porch, back porch, yard, and fire pit. The location is convenient to everything Beaufort and Port Royal and a short drive to the beach at Hunting Island. Quality craftsmanship on the remodel, it feels and lives like a brand new home. We literally can’t think of a negative about this property.

Beautiful Home, Relaxing Setting and Welcoming Hosts

What a fabulous stay we had enjoying the beautifully decorated and well-equipped home with extra touches to enhance our comfort and connection to Beaufort activities. We appreciated the state park pass, recommendations in the notebook, and especially the front porch. The neighborhood is terrific for walking and has places to eat close by. Best Vrbo ever!!

We had a wonderful sisters' weekend here. Beautiful property that has every attention to detail and then some. Fully stocked kitchen for our dinners. We cooked every night (3 nights) of our stay. The weather was warm so we took full advantage of the front porch & the deck. 2 nights were spent around the well-planned fire pit area (wood is provided). We will be back. I personally loved the décor. Great communication with the owners. The location was excellent & the property is close to everything. Highly recommend this Vrbo!! 5 star property.

Wonderful stay!

This cottage was nothing but amazing! We have stayed in plenty of short term rentals and this was the most well appointed and furnished. Down to the quality of the mattresses, towels and kitchen equipment, very well done! Thank you for a comfortable and wonderful vacation!
