Waterfront Property with Million Dollar Sunset Views!!

Recently redecorated and remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with the best MILLION DOLLAR sunset views on the island! This beach home has everything you will need for a great time at the beach. All 3 bedrooms have smart TVs as well as a large smart TV in the living room, kitchen table seating for 8, a grill and amazing views on every level! Swing in the hammock and enjoy a book from the house collection. The beach is an easy walk or a 2 minute golf cart ride.

With all new linens, there’s no sandpaper rental sheets or crusty towels in this house. We treat our renters like family and want you to enjoy your stay in our home! With 2 king and 2 queen beds, you will feel like royalty.

While the house is easy access to everything on the island, it's faster to walk than to drive to Bonito Boathouse, the marina pool, and the marina just steps outside the front door.

17 Quarterdeck guests may purchase guest cards that will give you access to the pools, golf, tennis, restaurants and all that Fripp Island Resort has to offer.

Ask us about golf carts, bikes, mopeds, boats or amenity cards for you and your guests!

PLEASE NOTE: Fripp Island Resort has implemented a 12.8% resort fee to all rentals where guest will be purchasing amenity cards. Should you chose to not purchase amenity cards, you will not be charged this fee so please confirm prior to booking. This fee is not included in the rent as not every guest uses rhe resort amentities. Owner is a licensed real estate broker in South Carolina.

Spectacular views from back porch. Spacious bedrooms and baths. Golf courses, beach, and pools all top notch. Restaurants are not fancy but the food was better than expected. Resort staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Always a great stay

You can't find a better owner or property on Fripp. Beautiful sunset views, close to everything. Wish the house was bigger or we would use it every single time we came to Fripp. Our extended family summer visits require more bedrooms. Very nicely decorated. Beds are all very comfortable. Kitchen has everything that you need for cooking. There are beach chairs and beach toys in the garage. The owner Jenny is absolutely the easiest to work with. I think this is the third or fourth time we have rented this house. We will be back many more times...

Fantastic location!

As always, we enjoyed our stay at this home. The location is perfect for keeping our boat at the marina. We were able to walk to dinner, ride to the beach and cabana club, and take the boat out for early morning fishing. We will be back!

We enjoyed our week!

This was our first time on Fripp and this house was a great location to stay. The communication before our stay was AWESOME and the house was well stocked. The only thing we didn't have were wash clothes. The beach, pools, restaurants, and ice cream were only a golf cart away. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Family Fripp Trip

The house was great near the Marina pool and Boathouse Restaurant. Perfect stay for family in 2 houses a few doors down from each other. Short Golf cart ride to the beach. We love riding the golf cart around the island and seeing all the deer! Love staying at Fripp and this was another great stay!

The property is just as described online. Very well stocked with paper products and basic cooking needs such as salt, pepper, spices, flour, and sugar. Lots of extra sheets and towels in closets if needed. Host always got back to us with any questions. We received 24 inches of snow in 24 hours, so we did a lot of shoveling to keep walk ways clean. We love the snow so wasn’t an issue for us. It was great to be able to bring our dog and extra dog bowls are also in cabinet. Excellent family ski trip!!

One of our favorite houses on the island

First, Jenny is one of the easiest people to deal with. Second, we have rented this house multiple times because the sunsets out the back porch over the marsh are unbelievable. Everything is clean and comfortable. Not cheap and not fancy - perfect for a beach house vacation. Beds are all comfortable and they have plenty of beach chairs, toys and a bait fridge in the garage. We will continue to rent this house and you will not be disappointed if you do as well.

So Much Frippin’ Fun

Great location!

Fantastic Home

We had such a wonderful vacation! The home is very convenient, with a very short walk or golf cart ride to everything on the island. It was also very well stocked with beach chairs and beach toys. One of the prettiest sunset views on the island can be seen right from the screened in back porch. Jennifer was so very pleasant and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying in this gorgeous home!

Lovely home and decor, view from porch-PRICELESS!

The house was as lovely as the photographs and the beds/linens were wonderful! The screened porch was a wonderful extension of the living area and my family all enjoyed the sunsets and the deer in the evening. It is a close walk to the Bonita Boathouse Restaurant and a short golf cart drive to the beach.

Always a great stay here

This is our second stay this year and we will be back. Home is always perfectly clean. Nicely decorated and the views of the sunsets over the marsh out the back porch can't be beat. The owner is super helpful and communication is great. You won't be disappointed with this home.

Fabulous Sunsets!
