This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath townhome is the perfect pied-a-tèrre. With three floors designed with well-being in mind, you have found your ideal escape.

The ground floor boasts a bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath. It’s where you will find the garage, too, with bikes for heading downtown or cruising to the community pool for a dip, to the fitness center, or to “Traders” for a meal-to-go! Upstairs, you’re greeted by a bright, open-concept living space with a balcony off the living room. The gourmet kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, great for entertaining or relaxing after a day of adventure. Up the final flight, find two comfortable bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with bunks — a full and a twin. Each bedroom features an en suite bath with modern fixtures and a spa-like feel to ensure a restful stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Landie was a great host and so easy to deal with and was on top of everything. Neighborhood was beautiful and the amenities were great. We would definitely stay there again. Beaufort is a beautiful area

Beautiful Beaufort

The townhouse was roomy, great for a family with pets! It was convenient to Beaufort, Morehead City, and the beach. The pool was great!! The property manager was very responsive when we needed something.

Beaufort Vacation

The property was in a great location. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the HVAC system during our stay. The property owner was wonderful to work with to get the issue resolved.

Loved our stay!!

We stayed at this property for five weeks while we searched and purchased a home in the area. We felt very much at home. Landie was responded quickly to all our questions. She was absolutely the best property we've very worked with!!!

Christmas 2024

We had a great stay. The location was walkable to historic Beaufort if ur ok with a bit over a mile. It was good for us as we like to get our walks in. The location was clean and well appointed. We also very much appreciate all the bedrooms had private bathrooms and there was also a powder room on the main floor. There are two sets of stairs to navigate to the primary bedroom which can be challenging for elderly parents. Note you have to go thru the lower bedroom to the back fenced area. It was not a problem for us and we liked being able to take our small dogs directly outside in the mornings. Landie the property manager was great, very friendly and responsive to our questions. Would stay there again.
