Completely Renovated Historic Home in Perfect Location of Downtown Beaufort

Come stay in the heart of downtown historic Beaufort, within walking distance of Downtown Beaufort, the Waterfront Park and our wonderful antebellum Old Point neighborhood. Each floor in our two-story home has its own living room with a large screen TV, a functional kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom with full bathroom, and a lovely porch to drink your coffee and watch the horse carriages go by. The upstairs Living room has a queen-size pull-out sofa bed that converts that room into the third bedroom. We are within blocks of Beaufort's finest restaurants and shops. We have off-street parking on our property for up to 3 cars and fast internet Wi-Fi. Our property is newly and completely renovated with Southern comfort, style, and relaxation in mind to make your stay delightful.

House was very beautiful and historical. And in the perfect walkable downtown beaufort location. But it was lacking on amenities compared to other rental houses we've stayed in. No real kitchen, only 2 minimalist kitchenettes, one on each floor. No dishwasher, barely any dishes, no were to dry dishes. Hotel size fridges, not so great for bringing leftovers back. Ad said 3 bedrooms, but really it's only 2 bedrooms and a pullout couch in a living room. Absolutely no extras, no beach items, no bikes, no beach parking passes like many places in the area. This beautiful minimalist historic house is all about location, only a couple blocks from downtown, very walkable. So if the downtown location is were you want to be , this might be tour place. If amenities are you thing, this is probably not for you.

I stayed in this home a few days before I got married with my few bridesmaids and since I’m from Beaufort, I knew where everything around me was. However, what I didn’t know was how wonderful it was to actually stay downtown on a pretty well known but quiet street. Everything about this home speaks to southern charm and all of the little details it has all throughout. LOVED this house and I will never be able to walk by it again without fond memories shared in this home with some of the most important people. Service, amenities, cleanliness, comfort, all five stars.

Loved this charming house with two balcony porches and beautifully decorated

Very impressed with comfort of beds and beautiful bedding. Exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished throughout!! Tiny kitchen area but we didn’t need it for much as we ate out. Great neighborhood and short walk to many restaurants and shops. We would love to come back.

Complimented Wedding Weekend

We had a family wedding weekend at the Beaufort Inn and this property was the perfect location for family. Good space for cars, convenient location to downtown, and across from Courtyard at the Inn.

My sisters, mother and I celebrated my mother’s birthday. We absolutely adored the house. It is adorable! We walked to all of be cute shops and restaurants. The house had everything needed. We loved all of the interior details and especially enjoyed our porch time. We loved it so much mom wants us to book again!
