  • Bonito adosado a pocas cuadras de la calle de la bahía, situada cerca de San Histórico Iglesia de Helena y otros lugares de interés histórico. Caja de seguridad, zona tranquila del centro de la ciudad le pone pasos de hermosas mansiones antes de la guerra, Waterfront Park, musgo español ciclismo / sendero para caminar, Cementerio de la Guerra Civil, el centro de Marina, tiendas encantadoras, galerías y restaurantes. A corta distancia de: Parris Island (10 min.), La Estación Aérea del Cuerpo de Marines (10 min.), Hunting Island State Park y Faro (30 min.), Hilton Head Island (45 min.)

    Esto de dos pisos, 3 dormitorios, 2 baños para 6 personas cómodamente. (Dormitorio abierto es accesible mediante el uso de sofá y sacos de dormir.) El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio y acceso directo al baño de arriba, más segundo televisor conectado a DirecTV. Segundo dormitorio con 2 camas individuales. El tercer dormitorio abajo tiene cama de matrimonio, vestidor, chimenea de gas y baño en suite. (Dos parejas alquilar esta casa va a encontrar sus propias habitaciones de lujo con baños contiguos,)

    Gran salón abierto y comedor. Se cuenta con TV de pantalla plana inteligente, reproductor de DVD y un amplio espacio para relajarse. Cocina totalmente equipada y parrilla exterior están listos para disfrutar de sus propias comidas caseras. Mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6-8.

    Patio ajardinado y la cubierta proporcionan espacio privado para relajarse. Zona de aparcamiento con espacio dedicado para la unidad es privada, fuera de la calle y bien iluminado. Estacionamiento adicional se puede acceder en plazas de aparcamiento de los huéspedes previstas residentes Coloque victorianas y de inmediato aparcamiento en la calle a media cuadra de la unidad.
    Internet wi-fi y Directv proporcionado.
    Equipamiento adicional - servicio gratuito de transporte se prestará desde el centro de puerto deportivo si se viaja a través del canal costanero y quiere quedarse unos días en nuestra ciudad histórica.

A lovely home with all mod-cons and a lot of character. Beautifully decorated and immaculately kept with comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a convenient parking space the house met all our needs. Host responded to questions and gave excellent detailed instructions for check in, check out, wifi and all appliances.Located in a quiet and picturesque part of town but within easy access to the marina, shops, bars and restaurants this house is just fabulous. Easy access to explore the wider area too such as Port Royal, Paris Island, Savannah and Charleston. We really enjoyed our stay, the local community made us feel very welcome especially as we visited over the 250th Independence Day. Would highly recommend this property and the local area.

Lost if wear and tear on the house-no grass in front or back yard. A inexpensive sprinkler system would fix this. -front and back door knobs need replacing -vent above stove is falling down-knobs on downstairs bed post fall off when you walk by-carpet is disgustingly, needs to be cleaned really well or replaced -dust and cobwebs on fixtures and decor in downstairs bathroom -one of the stove eyes does not work-we had to replace several lamp lightbulbs throughout the house -not a separate a/c unit for upstairs so it’s pretty warmWe had a great vacation but the price of this unit was very higher compared to the cleanliness and quality

Perfect location if you are looking for a place downtown Beaufort that you can walk to Bay Street to shop and eat. It's a quiet area so you can relax while at the home. It had everything you would need while you are away. The washer and dryer was nice so we were able to head home with clean clothes.

Long weekend getaway

The townhome is in an excellent location. Easy to walk to the historic district. Park your car and walk to The Point, the water and Bay Street.
