The staff were great, especially Tim the maintenence man and the front desk staff. It was un-nerving that the ENTIRE floor smelled like weed for the first 3 days we were there. And nothing was done about it. If i smoked a cigarette there we would have been charged incidentles. We did report this but nothing was done. The smell was sickening! "The hotel is gorgeous and in a quiet area. The property is well maintained and the front desk receptionist was great. The only complaint I have for this hotel is the smoking policy. I got a room with balcony so that I could smoke "

"My husband had to slam his shoulder into open our door to our room. The manager came over and had to do the same and said he knew about it. The microwave had rust in it. The blinds to the bathroom were broken and people walking outside could s the us in the bathroom. Said offered hair dryer and there was none. Rust in the bathroom and mold in the shower. Very noisy. Beds were very comfortable. "
