"The motel is undergoing construction and renovation. Loud construction noise continued past 6:00 PM and the bathroom sink would not drain. I have stayed here in the past and it has been a cost effective choice. The timing was bad for this particular visit. "

The historic building is absolutely beautiful, and because we are both seniors, and the elevator was broken from the ground floor up to reception, they were accommodating in that they gave us a room on the same floor as reception, even though we had not previously requested it. "It’s a little bit hard to try and describe this place, but I will tell you I have enjoyed my stays the people that worked there a friendly. The staff at the counter are good to work with very friendly people. I have not been all the time that I’ve stayed there and I think I’ve lost count cannot complain.
