Ocean Views - Fantastic Location, Location, Location!

We just bought this house in the Spring of 2021. This is ocean front with its own private beach access. This is one half of a duplex and excellently maintained. You get the benefit of quiet ocean front property and a two block walk to the Long Beach Boulevard which has tons of restaurants, ice cream, a Wawa and even a bank right there. You can even take a bike ride or longer walk to Fantasy Island.

The house has 3 BR, 1 BA + an outside shower. You will also have your own deck looking out at an unobstructed beautiful ocean views and your own private grill to use. The Bedroom layout is:

Room 1 - Queen Bed (new mattresses in 2021)
Room 2 - Queen Bed (new mattresses in 2021)
Room 3 - Twin over Full Bunkbed with a pullout trundle (new bed and mattresses in 2021)

The lower half is also used/rented. My family is going to use this property as well.

Wonderful Stay!

We had such a great stay at Andy's place! The location is amazing - quiet with full ocean views - but yet a quick walk to restaurants, ice cream, wawa, coffee. There's a private path right from the house to the beach. We could see dolphins in the ocean from the kitchen while we made breakfast - you can't beat that!

Perfect beach trip

This was our first trip to LBI and we had a wonderful time. The location of the house was ideal for the kids and we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the waves roll in with our coffee each morning. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Wonderful Stay

Adding to the chorus of stellar review here. The house is lovely, with amazing views from the living room, dining area and kitchen and a cozy package overall. All the systems (internet, AC, washer/dryer) worked well, and Andy had everything we need there for a monthlong working vacation. The beach is beautiful, and it's super convenient to have a Wawa and several restaurants two short blocks away. Andy responded immediately to any questions we had. We look forward to coming back next year.

Wonderful end of summer stay

We had such a great week at this house! You cannot beat the location on the beach and so close to all the great Beach Haven restaurants and stores. The house exceeded our expectations! Also a plus that the owner is super friendly, hands on and responsive when it came to any questions we had before and during our stay.

Best Secret in Beach Haven

This house is amazing- beautiful views, super clean, fun decor and your own private walk to the beach. Location is great too, as you can walk to many fun eateries. We’ve already booked it again for next year! Also- Host Andy is awesome 😎

Charming beach front house

As soon as we walked in we felt at home. Well maintained, and equipped property with charming beach decor. Walk out on the deck and see the ocean beyond the dunes, take a deep breath of Jersey Shore air and be relaxed.

Lovely beach week in LBI

My family enjoyed a lovely beach week in LBI. The home was clean, as shown in photos (with new couches), and the location was ideal just steps from the beach. Andy was great to work with - always made himself available to answer any questions and easy to communicate with. We hope to rent again next year!

Best Location

Can’t really beat the location of this property! First house on the beach with beautiful view of the Atlantic horizon. So close to all of our go-to places like Bay Village, Acme, Skipper Dipper, etc. Also walkable to many different restaurants, shops, and pickle ball courts! The house was so clean, updated, and organized, so we felt very at-home there. We loved taking sun and enjoying drinks on the porch. Sectional couch inside was perfect for us all to stretch out comfortably for family movie nights. The host thought of so many details like having books and toys for families with younger kids, beach chairs and beach toys, and lots of DVDs for all ages. We had such a nice stay and can’t wait to come back next year!

Amazing!

The view is stunning, the house is beautiful, and the location is ideal - it cannot be beat. Loved waking up every day with views of the ocean and being able to walk right out onto the beach. It was the perfect relaxing beach getaway! The house is clean and has everything you need from kitchen appliances to games, books, and more. Andy is an excellent host! I will definitely be coming back.

Great host and wonderful location

The house was very comfortable and the location can't be beat - with the beach steps away and sweeping ocean views from the deck and wall of windows. Even with a stormy start to the week, we had a comfortable seat watching the waves - stunning sunrises and bike rides as well. Highly recommend for the beach lover in you!

Excellent place!

The rental was very clean, fresh, and new. So cute with all of the beach-themed furnishings and decor. The bunk beds provided extra sleeping room, if needed. Very much appreciated were the tall-height chairs with side table on the deck for overlooking the dunes and enjoying the amazing view of the ocean. Andy was excellent with communication. No complaints or concerns about this great beach house.

Quiet family week

We had a great week at Andy’s place. It was so convenient to be right on the beach and the views from the deck were beautiful. On rainy days, there were tons of games at the house which my kids enjoyed. We walked to the beach at all hours as we could just walk right down whenever we wanted. It was also super convenient to shops like acme, wawa, donut shops; and a very short drive to beach haven. The place was perfect for us!
