"I like this hotel that's why I came back. But this time I had a bad experience with Expedia who charged me extra $115 in hidden fees never disclose to me. As a client I think you company should be paying to them that fees for bringing clients to you. Not us."

"The only reason I didnt give 5 Stars across the board was due to the ants that were in our bathroom when we returned from dinner our second night. The staff advised my husband that no one was on site that time of night to come and check it out and someone would come in morning. Well no one came before we checked out. During checkout I shared about the ants and the male at the counter replied, I’m sorry about that."
