Nestled in a quiet residential area with good public transport links, it offers a comfortable setting for discovering the Basque coast.

This recent 80 m² house, fully furnished and equipped, comprises :

- a large, bright living area with lounge and dining room,
- two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm),
- a modern, fully-equipped open kitchen (barbecue, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge),
- bathroom with walk-in shower,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron,
- TV, Wi-Fi,
- central heating, fan, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, clothes hangers,
- central ducted air conditioning,
- a large 30 m² terrace, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing.
