"This property is run down and not well maintained, the air conditioner barely worked. The pool was empty with no sign of it ever being filled so just an eyesore. There was no food service at all though the booking site indicated room service was available. There was a dining area but not functional. All in all a terrible experience. Sorry we stay there never will again."

"The Loyalist Country Inn and Suites is located in a lovely area of Summerside. We were allowed to check-in a bit early, which was very nice. Our room was in the west wing of the hotel, which made it a bit of a trek ( different elevator, separate corridors,etc.) to get to the breakfast area and other amenities like the front desk and ice machine, but our room was super clean and spacious. The only real issue we had was the lack of hot water on our first morning there . The front desk said...
