Central hub while moving.

Instead of getting a hotel, we reserved with Ashli so family and friends who were in town to help us move would be comfortable. Thank you Ashli for a warm and welcoming place to stay.

Quiet mountain retreat

This home is on a mountain road but not way up in the mountains, which we appreciated. It was close to Durango and Mesa Verde National Park. The house is well-equipped for making meals in if you decide to do that. We will stay here again if it’s available.

Amazing place and location!

My family and I were so incredibly pleased with this beautiful home and the spectacular surroundings of the San Juan National Forest! The drive to Durango and beyond was absolutely stunning, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the cleanliness of the home, the beautiful furnishings, and it literally had every amenity we could possibly need! We hope to be back soon!

Bayfield Family Time

Good location for us since we were in town from Phoenix visiting family in Bayfield. Easy drive to Durango or Pagosa. We were the first to rent the home. There were a few hiccups but the property manager was very responsive.

We liked the facility and would stay again. However no AC and very few screens So when we left windows open we let in bugs.

Weekend in the woods!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was charming, comfy and well furnished. The home sits back off the road so it was quiet with both deer and wild turkeys passing through.

I rated the listing less than 5 because it was better than expected. Many listings are misleading in how remote and quiet they are. Its an easy 25 minute drive to downtown Durango. There is good space between neighboring properties, very few cars driving by. It was so quiet and peaceful, great view of the mountain from the back porch. Daily visit from a deer and a surprise visit from two turkey hens and their chicks. The house is good sized, all the amenities we needed and clean. As mentioned, the house does not have air conditioning. Daily highs were in the 90s during our stay. We were able to keep it comfortable by opening windows and using the fans. I highly recommend this place and will book again if we return to the area. Thanks Ashli!

The home had plenty of space for our family however the home could use a deep cleaning - spiderwebs in the corners, light fixtures and baseboards.

This rental is located about 25 minutes away from Durango and 50 mins away from Pagosa Springs. Well stocked, and quiet location. The master bedroom bed (with topper) was too soft and the back bedroom's mattresses was a bit hard. The dryer was full of bedding and towels. The outdoor trash was full so it was difficult to get rid of our trash. I reached out to the host who responded immediately, but the trash situation was never resolved. Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend.
