"Communication was great! The house was very spacious and stocked with so many helpful things (including some snacks and wine which was a sweet touch)! The huge couch was fun for our whole family to hang out. We had a couple of movie nights! There was an extra folding table and chairs in one of the bedroom closets that we used for a puzzling table. "My buddies and I came up to Brainerd for the weekend to head to Brainerd International Speedway and needed a place to stay the night. This property exceeded expectation with how much rooms there was both inside the house and in the back yard. Plenty of room for us to hangout in the living room/Kitchen and have a comfortable bonfire in the back as well. I would definitely recommend and come back. "

"The property is on a beautiful, remote peninsula with a sandy beach and shallow water - great for the little kids. Paddleboards and Kayaks were available (need second paddleboard and kayak paddles - one kayak paddle was broken and there was only one paddleboard paddle....but we made due). The house was great for our needs - lots of sleep space, big table to eat at, well-stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, kids books and toys, big yard to play in - again, perfect for our needs. Lovely paved...

"Such a fun place to stay! The hot tub was so great and the view was amazing. We used the flat top several times to cook and it was super fun! The Paul Bunyan Trail is right there. We took several walks with our dog. We had a wonderful time!"
