The modern, fully-equipped kitchen will give you the opportunity to cook just like at home.

There is a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine, and separate WC.

For your entertainment, a high-speed WIFI connection and a large-format 55" television with AppleTV 4K are at your disposal.

The location is ideal: the sailing school is just 300m away, the centre of Batz and its shops are less than a kilometre away, the supermarket is 1 km away and the centre of Le Croisic with its fishing port is 2 km away.
You can also enjoy La Baule, with its bay, casino, shops and restaurants, less than 10 km away. Guérande is just 15 minutes away by car.

It's also the ideal base for exploring the islands of Houat, Hœdic and Belle-Île-en-Mer. From the nearby port of Le Croisic, set sail for a day's exploration of these magnificent islands.

For cycling enthusiasts, hire bikes are available nearby. Treat yourself to a ride along the coast, an ideal way to explore the surrounding beauty at your own pace.

Whether you arrive by TGV from Le Croisic, a 10-minute walk away, or from Nantes airport, 90 km away, this house is easily accessible.
