About this space
Welcome to our cozy, new construction shotgun-style house steps away from LSU's campus and a quick 5-minute drive to downtown Baton Rouge.

Situated in the fast-developing Nicholson corridor, our charming cottage is an ideal home base for exploring the best of Baton Rouge with easy access to Tiger Stadium, Alex Box Stadium, the Varsity Theater, Raising Cane's River Center, Government Street, Red Stick Social, LSU's Water Campus and the levee for running and biking enthusiasts.
The space
This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home sleeps 4. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, TVs in every room with a dedicated suite of logged-in apps including YouTube TV and Netflix.

Take advantage of our well-equipped kitchen and on-site washer/dryer for your convenience. There's a fully fenced backyard for your furry, four-legged friends.

Off-street parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. (Please ONLY use driveway on the right side of the home)
Guest access
You'll have the entire home to yourself. No keys are necessary. Simply use the keypad deadbolt with the access codes provided before check-in.

Erin & Aldo are superb host’s who are very understanding! They accommodate your stay to ensure you have a comfy and cozy time at their property. Perfect for LSU Tour

Super cute house! Clean and neat and everything we could possibly need. One of the best VRBOs I have stayed in. If you plan on a visit to the LSU campus this is a great location. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home. We will be back.

Adorable Cottage

A most comfortable stay in Baton Rouge. Cottage is conveniently located. Great yard for the dog and friendly neighbors when walking. Would definitely stay again!

Camp week stay

Cute house would have liked a kitchen table not bar height for kids to eat at. Also a dishwasher would have been helpful. Neighborhood made me a little uncomfortable with kids by myself. Happy the house had an alarm.

LSU location!

We stayed here for a few nights for a gymnastics camp on LSU campus. The owners were amazing, the house was decorated adorably, it was clean and walking distance to our camp location. I loved the easy entry, alarm system, welcome note and backyard for fur babies ! Will def stay again ❤️

LSU Graduation Trip

My daughter recently graduated from LSU and my husband and I were disappointed that we couldnt get our usual room at The Cook. Well, after staying at Aldo & Erin's adorable cottage home, we're a bit sad we hadn't found it sooner. It's in a perfect location if visiting LSU, especially for any sporting event. An easy walk, even in undesirable weather. Everything was perfect. The beds and pillows were all so comfortable, that i didnt even use the pillow I brought. There wasnt anything extra we felt we needed. We appreciated our hosts and their hospitality. They're quick to respond if you have any questions. My family and I highly recommend this home for your next Baton Rouge visit!!!

Great stay in BR

My dog had surgery at lsu animal hospital and i needed a clean and safe place to stay close to the hospital. This property was 4 miles. Owner also let me check in a little early. Sooo much better tha a hotel. Hope to stay here again!

Cozy Stay in Baton Rouge

My self and my family definitely enjoyed our stay! The place looks exactly like the pictures. Every thing was clean and in tip top shape! The children loved the fenced in back yard. Honestly this was one of the most well kept air bnb’s I have stayed at in a while. Kudos to the property managers because they are during a stupendous job! Thanks again for having us and we will definitely be looking to return sometime in the near future!

Cozy Cottage: Steps from LSU & Minutes to Downtown

This property was a perfect place to stay for the LSU game. There was plenty of space, the fenced yard was great for our pup, it was a short walk to/from the stadium, and the host provided nice touches like extra toothbrushes and shampoo in case you forgot anything. Aldo was also super communicative, provided clear check in instructions and checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely look to stay here again for future games! Geaux Tigers!

Awesome accommodations near LSU

My adult daughter and her classmate, along with my wife and I stayed at the Cozy Cottage for two nights while in town for my younger daughter’s last Family Weekend at LSU. The accommodations were very comfortable and the hosts were attentive without being overbearing. Although the neighborhood is in transition, we never felt unsafe. We hope to stay there again in the spring when our youngest graduates!

Cozy & Clean!

I hope this spot is available when you decide to book! The minute we walked in, so fresh, smelled amazing, and was super clean! The vibe was us! The hosts even left us a sweet note w/ some goodies! My husband & I came into town for some good food, coffee & cocktails & the places we visited were less than a 10-minute drive from this spot. The evenings were spent chilling out in the back listening to nature- we truly enjoyed it. All amenities are well kept- so, reciprocate & respect the space. Thank you Russo's for creating this space & being such great VRBO owners. We will be coming back & hope your space is available again.
