"Upon arrival, I was greeted by a lovely staff member and the check-in process did not take long. (Have cash handy to pay for a governmental tax). The view is breathtaking but I wish the room condition was better. By “not clean enough”, I don’t mean that there were obvious piles of trash. No no, it’s just that some areas could use more attention for better hygiene and health safety. The sink needed some deep cleaning because you could see a bunch of white residues all over the faucet. "The privacy & seclusion of this guest house & pool is amazing! Its a perfect little spot with all the amenities you need and more! Owner Mark and Property Manager George were fantastic to deal with and very prompt in responses. Location is great ..close to water and especially to Oistins! Would highly recomment checking this place out ..I know I will again."

"Property is very hard to find. Owner was very adamant that electricity should not be on whole time. There's only 1 A/C unit and hostes was very upset that we kept it on over night (was very hot). There was hardly water to shower, it just trickled out. Cook stove didn't work properly"

"It was very clean and nicely decorated. They had snacks and coffee at their little cafe booth. They were very accommodating and helpful. The decor was very nice. The only date back was that it said “king” bed but it was two twins put together which we did not care for. We were on our honeymoon and gap between the beds was inconvenient. Also, the AC unit was only in the bedroom but the livingroom should have one also because it’s hot and humid."
