Charming 2-bedroom house in small-town neighborhood

Welcome to our peaceful home in the heart of Bath, Maine—perfect for families, small groups, or anyone seeking a relaxing escape along the coast. This cozy two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom house offers a comfortable and convenient base for your stay. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a California King, a twin, and a trundle bed, making it ideal for children or additional guests. A stocked laundry area, washer and dryer, and full bathroom amenities make it easy to settle in and feel at home. After our first guests stayed, we were able to add some air conditioners and hired a professional cleaning company - my dad did his best, but we brought in the pros!

Guests can enjoy high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, a smart TV with a wide selection of channels, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The home is filled with family-friendly touches, including a spacious living room for relaxing evenings, a variety of games and puzzles for all ages, and a fenced backyard where kids and pets can play safely.

The location is ideal—just a five-minute walk to hiking trails and the Bath YMCA, and a short drive to local shops, cafes, and the charming downtown waterfront. It also makes a great home base for exploring regional favorites like Popham Beach, Reid State Park, and Boothbay Harbor.

Outside, guests will find a private backyard complete with a patio and BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The home is dog-friendly and designed to offer comfort to every member of the family.

My husband and I stayed for a week. The house was very comfortable and could certainly hold a big family. We appreciated the detailed notes that the host provided. And the extra hooks in the main bathroom were so helpful. Hooks are something most hosts overlook. The location is within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our time at this cute 2 bedroom just minutes away from downtown Bath! The street was quiet, and the backyard was perfect for our 2 dogs.The place was very clean, and it felt like we were staying in a home, not a house. The host was very responsive.Overall 10/10. Charming home in historic neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay in Bath. The home was very comfortable for our group of four. A nice half mile walk to everything in downtown Bath. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. And the host was very communicative. We would stay again!

Review on our stay

Cute neighborhood. Very quiet. I do have a couple things that wasn’t very pleasant…there was a loofa with hair left in the shower. Nothing felt clean. The rug was dirty in the back sitting room. It was very very hot . There was nowhere to put the trash because the trash was full outside. A lock should be on cellar door. Owner was very easy yo deal with.
