"Front office needs dedicated staff and had to wait for attention during check-in/checkout process. Parking - hotel isn't in downtown, so overnight charges is pricy for the location. Towels were fresh and spacious rooms."

"This is my second time at this hotel within 2 yrs. Service is great, but something got me annoyed this time is when calling the operator for a request and no one answrs. This happened twice in span of 2 days"

"From the moment I walked in, I was greeted very warmly! Each staff member I saw was friendly. My room and all the public areas were very clean and well kept. The bed and pilllows were actually very comfortable and it was nice to have a separate sitting area. It felt much more like “home” than a hotel. A hot breakfast every morning was awesome! There are many activities, shopping and dining options nearby. I felt very safe going for a run near the property. The only negative was the pool was not...

"I got there and found out my room didn't have a tv. It actually had a tv but it was smashed. I was told during my check-in but I at least expect them to remove the tv. Two of the light don't work from what I'm guessing because the bulb just needs changing. The curb appeal is trash and I had to pay $8 bucks for wifi(I thought it was free but whatever). There where bottles everywhere outside and look like someone was cooking out. I see two grills that some guest bought with me and made the parking...

"This room was a worth about double what I paid for it. I was just looking for a clean place to put my head for the night, so had picked this place on price and convenience for my travel the next day. But it was the best room I had on my week away. I don't know if the price was because I booked so late it in the day, or if they just made a mistake.... But I recommend this place completely, and if staying in the area again, I'll stay here."

"We stayed here for two days visiting a friend on our way to Helen, GA. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. They have a diner on the premises, but the menu is very limited, however if you don't feel like leaving the hotel it is convenient. There are plenty of stores, restaurants and shops basically in the same lot or within a block or two. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in this area. "
