"Brand new hotel in Batam. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Would be better if the pools were heated."

"We had very nice, spacious room directly at the beach. Everybody was very friendly and attentive, good selection for breakfast, one night we enjoyed the tepanaki located in the hotel. We also liked the pool area, there are 2 pools available and we had no problem finding a place in the shadow. Bed and pillows good, air condition quiet, also a fan is available. "The staff arebthe highlight. Great pool. Ok rooms. Beach access not a thing. Don't pay extra for it. Not a swimming beach. Shipping lane and industrial area. Good place if you just want to switch iff. Not good if you want shops and restaurants. Live entertainment in the evening was good."

"Rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and the surroundings are quite beautiful. There are only two dining choices on weekdays and there many things to do during the day as the city and towns are not close and there are no interesting places to visit nearby. It's great if you want to sit around the pool all day, but not if you want to get out and see things."
