Step inside to sun-filled skylights and an airy living space designed for comfort. Start your day with a complimentary coffee from our coffee corner before heading out to the main resort just 2 minutes away, or off to explore all Shenandoah has to offer! then dine at the farmhouse table or on the picnic table outside, where deer often wander by.

After skiing, hiking, or exploring local wineries, come home to a soak in the hot tub or gather around the propane fire table with s’mores. A charcoal grill is ready for cookouts or the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast island, and stocked essentials makes cooking a breeze.

Refresh in the jacuzzi bathtub or waterfall shower offering spa-like relaxation. Wind down with a movie on Roku TV, unplug with a board game, or plug in at the sit-stand desk with monitor and docking station—ideal for remote work. • Pests are endemic to our area. We have regular preventative pest control, but it's possible that a critter might sneak inside. Please help us keep them out by keeping windows & doors closed.
• Bears and other animals are also endemic to our area. Please be cognitive of surroundings, especially at night. Help us keep our property clean and local animals safe by securing all garbage inside the provided cans at the top of the driveway. Absolutely NO loose trash may be discarded in the garbage cans.


The entire cabin is available to you. This is our personal vacation home. Please treat it with the same respect as if it were your own home.

Guests will have access via a door code, which is sent to you in the first messages after booking. The code is valid from check-in time until check-out. Early arrival/late departure must be requested in advance and may not be granted, depending on the turnover schedule.

Please ensure to download offline maps or have directions pulled up prior to navigating to the home. Cellular service in the surrounding area is spotty, but coverage is good immediately around our cabin!

Please note: This house is in a forest, please pay attention to any children and pets.

While we won't be available in-person, we will communicate via the platform app to address your needs! Enjoy our easy, contact-free door code access specially programmed for each guest.

Check-in is 3 pm - Check-out is 10 am.

Please keep in mind that you are staying in a house/home and not a hotel. If a problem arises we will act as quickly as possible. Please know there is no repair/maintenance/cleaning available 24/7. Please read all the description, rules, policy, and details of the property. We are more than happy to answer questions or provide local recommendations!

In the winter, a 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle or a vehicle with snow tires is highly recommended.
