When we arrived, the inside of the cabin was 92 degrees per the indoor mounted thermostat. We discovered the A/C was broken. There were a few mini splits that eventually helped keep the place somewhat comfortable.
I let the host know the day of check in that it was broken and they sent someone out to fix it the following day, but they couldn't get it fixed.
The next day another HVAC tech attempted to fix it, but the host did not give him garage access and it could not be fixed.
The following day, the host said they would have someone else come out by 4pm to get the A/C fixed. By about 6:30pm we still did not have anyone out to come fix it. I messaged the host and asked for privacy for the rest of the night and suggested the HVAC tech come the next day. I never did get a response. Instead, an HVAC tech came out 9:30 pm and knocked on our door and attempted to fix it, but was again unsuccessful.
The host never got back to me for the rest of the weekend. Unfortunately we did not have A/C during our entire stay (a 5 day stay) where it was 100+ degrees outside daily. The host never offered any compensation or offered to make things right.
The location was great and the cabin was clean.
I cannot say that I would stay here again after our experience. I do not believe the price of this cabin matched the level of quality or customer service I expected.
