"We enjoyed our one night stay in this hotel. The front desk lady was super nice and let us check in before 3:00pm. She gave us Basel Card and explained how to benefit from it. It saved us a lot of money for public transportation and museums. The room was very clean. The only thing that we think could improve is the outlets by the bed. If they could put one outlet on each side of the bed, that'll be more convenient. Overall, it's a nice hotel that we would recommend to anyone visiting Basel."

"Amazing. Only negative was hauling some luggage up a flight of stairs. Sarah was wonderful "

"Friendly service, lovely breakfast buffet and old school decor. Super close to the train station and bus stop to the airport for free, and the food hall. Would be nice if they have a gym! "

"Nice hotel close to the city centre, main station and tram stop. Nice gym and a private sauna you can book which was great. Free fruit on each floor with still and sparking water taps, Nespresso coffee and tea. Breakfast seemed quite pricey so we just ate the free fruit and bought some stuff in the supermarket around the corner. One thing, the toilet had a kinda funny door and you have a gap when it is closed to it is not super sound proof."

"We loved our stay at the Passage. It was very clean, well organized and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. While the suite didn't have a separate room, it was nice how far away the sofa bed was from the actual bedroom and, with a sound machine, we were able to feel like we had two separate spaces. The bathrooms are very nice, but there were a couple quirky things 1. This would *not* be a suitable option for friends or multiple couples that like privacy. There is only a clear glass door...

"Loved the location. We were there for National Swiss Day and ate at the restaurant where we had great food and a front row seat for the fireworks. The staff could not have been more pleasant. They shifted our dinner reservation at the hotel restaurant and provided recommendations for other places. They provided coffee service on each floor. The Hotel is older and could stand newer furnishings, but has character and the beds were comfortable. There is no air conditioning, but we were...
