"The staff was amazing. When we got there and our room wasn’t set up as a twin for my adult daughter and I they swiftly offered us both our own rooms using an unbooked room - we don’t even have to ask. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Thanks!"

"The food and staff were lovely, really enjoyed the spa and massages. The only thing was that our room number 21 was right above the restaurant. You could hear the doors slamming as staff go in and out the side doors of the restaurant and the music was audible through the floor. It was disturbing our sleep in the night and early morning hours. "

"The bed was far too small - I didn't get a decent night's sleep there due to that. There was a power socket on only one side of the bed - very inconvenient. The wi-fi was very good but very fiddly to connect to. We were charged to park there - this is just grasping. The single lift was glacially slow. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant apart from the woman on reception when we checked out - she was abrupt to the point of rudeness."

"Disappointed there was no full service spa as in the hotels description. This is the reason why we booked this hotel. Hotel staff were nice. Gym was ok although the treadmill base I used had a layer of engrained sticky dust / gunk on it, as well as over the floor corners and window sills. Pool was ok."
