"I booked a Studio 1 King Bed. I was put in a 2 Queen Bed with Kitchenette. Bathroom is set up inefficiently. Towel storage is several steps from the shower. The toilet paper holder was lose and drooping. It felt cheaply furnished. Sofa was not comfortable."

"The hotel is modern, bright and welcoming and the breakfast was great. It amazes me that the owner has such a nice place but cuts the water usage back to where the shower is a pitiful drizzle, almost no water. The sad thing is that the threadbare and worn out towels match the deplorable lack of water in the shower. I am surprised that Springhill Suites let's that go on in one of their fine hotels. Someone is asleep at the switch. There, I've had my rant. Having said that, the hotel is very nice...

"Clean building. This is a long term stay for workers so there isn't a drive up like most hotels. No ice machines and the people hoard the luggage carts to do their laundry so they are not available for the short term stays. I will not be staying there again."

"The hotel had a beautiful room and clean bathroom. The furniture look good and resent. The dining area was more snack bar than a real restaurant. This was why I didn’t give a perfect score."

"Although the Hotel is 1700 feet from the Jetway my daughter deplaned from, the room was surprisingly quiet. I never heard a plane taking off or landing in the evening. Even before putting in my earbuds….."

"The hotel was very nice and clean. The area is very homeless ridden however the hotel was secure. It is very close to the aces ballpark and other desireable attractions. It was fun watching the dancing in the garden area at night. Definitely would stay again!!"

"We got a family room and we had so much space. Our bathroom was nice but the soap products could be better. The view was lovely. The casino was good to us and I liked that i could use my points the next day when i came back. Hannah's buffet was nice for breakfast and J Paul's Steakhouse was amazing, but the desserts were strange. We parked and got right onto the elevator and then right to the room. The only real issue I had that bothered me was that the room didn't get as cool as I'd like and...

"Property location was great. There is a miscommunication between Expedia and that hotel though, if you book the accessibility room there is NO sofa bed like Expedia says they have! They didn’t tell us that when we checked in which was a huge bummer"
