Barryville is a scenic hamlet along the Upper Delaware River in Sullivan County, New York. Known for its natural beauty and relaxed pace, it offers easy access to outdoor activities like canoeing, tubing, fishing, and hiking. Visitors can also enjoy local shops, cafés, farmers markets, and a laid-back riverside vibe that makes it a perfect escape for nature lovers and weekend adventurers.

You have full access to our entire home, including the basement game room, theater, and all outdoor spaces, for the length of your stay. A few closets are reserved for owner use and cleaning supplies. Self check-in via keypad, code sent before arrival.

After a day of hiking, skiing, or exploring scenic trails, unwind in the private hot tub or gather around the crackling fire pit. Inside, a spacious game-filled playroom offers hours of entertainment. Whether you're seeking outdoor adventure or cozy nights in, Woods Edge offers the perfect blend of comfort and nature.

The main level has two living rooms, including a family room with a 75-inch Samsung OLED smart TV, plus a gas fireplace, dining area, and full kitchen. Upstairs are four bedrooms: a king suite with its own bathroom, two queen bedrooms, and a bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. One of the queen rooms also has a desk if you need to get some work done.

Downstairs, you’ll find the movie theater and game room. The converted garage provides another place to hang out and includes Pop-A-Shot. Outside, the yard has room for Spikeball and badminton, plus a swing set and playground for the kids.

Out back, the deck has a year-round hot tub, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining and lounge seating. Just off the deck is a stone fire pit for nights around the fire.

The Delaware River is nearby for eagle viewing. Stickett Inn Cafe and Roses Bar & Grill in Barryville are about four minutes away. About twelve minutes away, Veterans Memorial Park in Lackawaxen has public tennis and basketball courts. Farther afield, Bethel Woods hosts concerts and its renowned museum, while Narrowsburg and Callicoon offer shops, restaurants, galleries, trails, and river recreation. Holiday Mountain offers skiing and snow tubing in season.
