"All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. It was always nice to come back to a clean room and freshly made bed. The pool was wonderful and relaxing, and the white little kitty cat who decided to post up at the hotel was a delight! Very friendly :3. The shower in our room (rm 11) was a little strange that it didn't have a door. Because of this, water from the shower easily found its way outside the shower area. And the bathroom itself could use more hooks for towels or drying bathing...

"The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed but we had issues with not having water more than once which was outside of management’s control. Apparently it’s not uncommon to have water service issues in the area due to low water pressure. After travels and spending the whole day at the beach we were looking forward to a good shower but there wasn’t enough water even to brush teeth. Staff was responsive via text, however there was nothing they could do."

"Small pools not clear directions if I would have known that these are little buildings through n u need a car or gulf carter to get around to the basic stuff I would have never booked this fiod was over price n not the best. Staff was nice though."

"We had an amazing stay! The property was very clean, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, and quiet, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. One of my favorite parts was waking up to the sound of the roosters in the morning it felt like a natural alarm clock and hearing the beautiful coquí frogs at night was such a special experience. Everything we needed was conveniently close by, and getting around was easy with Uber. Isla Verde beach...

"Love Soul Beautiful was a great place to stay in Luquillo with a tropical atmosphere and a perfect location to the beach and local food spots. The staff was amazing and the top floor room with private patio was perfect.(slept 10) Clean and comfortable and full of charm. We really enjoyed the peaceful vibe and unique style of the property. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. Can't wait too go back!!"
