This property is old everything the hotel the towels the shower doesn’t have a door so when you take shower the water is everywhere. They only have 3 Restaurants first it’s very hard to make reservations and the food is not good at all out of the 3 Restaurants italian is better .you get the same chips wine in all three of the Restaurants. The buffet is a little better but food was always salty and basically the same every day . Breakfast was the worst there is no consideration for the guests who don’t eat pork plus hard to communicate with the chef none of them speak English. The bar only one with very chips liquid always lines specifically on the weekends we stay for 8 days we couldn’t wait to leave. Over the weekend a lots of locals who check in everything was over crowded butffet was long line plus some food was out . Entertainment almost zero the same thing everyday .only one night we enjoyed it that’s Michael Jackson night. The sacks the same everyday.There is nothing good about this place. Infront desk was rude.The beach we couldn’t swim the wave is too strong we were told that area is also like that. They only have one swimming pool and always crowded. What we like the buffet servers very nice also smiling specially Edwardo and Jacqline and also like the Barista station. All we can say is don’t waste your hard earned money on this property

Un lugar hermoso, tranquilo y bien cuidado, no nos queríamos ir. Nikki, es super atenta y pendiente de cada detalle. Altamente recomendado para visitar en familia o pareja. Sin duda volveré.
