PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING, PILLOWS AND LINENS FOR DOUBLE BEDS. YOU MUST BRING TOWELS AND TOILETRIES (including toilet paper, and soaps/shampoo and cleaning supplies) AS THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED. Each mattress is covered with a freshly washed cover, protector and must not be removed.

KITCHENS: OUR KITCHEN IS EQUIPPED WITH POTS AND PANS, DISHES, GLASSES, MUGS, CUTLERY AND SOME COOKING AND SERVING UTENSILS. THERE IS A STOVE, REFRIGERATOR, MICROWAVE, TOASTER, KETTLE AND COFFEE MAKER. EACH COTTAGE HAS THEIR OWN BARBECUE WITH PROPANE TANK AND A PICNIC TABLE.

The property itself was amazing! We loved being right on the beach. The cottage (#3, since they are all a bit different) was a bit small for four people, but we made it work. It was clean and well maintained overall. The WiFi didn’t work too well, and the shower was either freezing or boiling hot, no in between. Our goals were met though. We wanted a place on the beach that was close to restaurants, shopping, and other tourist attractions, and this cottage worked for that.

We had a great timeCottage it is basic with everything we needed. The beds were taco beds lol so we moved to the queen couch which was just a little worse. No worries we made due. Could not for the life of us get the TV working we were able to see a couple of movies partially then we went off line. It was ppl Good for us we went to bed early and slept. Until the air conditioner stopped opened the front of it. I said oh my gosh look at this hon. There was no place for air to get through. I literally started scratching it and scratching it off then finally I put it in the sink to wash it. What a mess. Cleaned sink and cleaned the cottage as best we could. The challenge for me was the hill going too the beach and coming from. Just gorgeous My ankle was a little tender from surgeries. 5 inch of beautiful sand. The water was beautiful. Thank youKaren

Perfect stay at the beach

We were 5 people in cottage 3, it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The property was clean and literally at the beach. The owners were very quick to respond to any query we had. Check in and check out were seamless. Amazing experience, will be back for sure

We really enjoyed our stay. close to stores if needed, the Beach area was clean, and not over crowded. the Board walk was about a 25 min, walk if you chose to go there.

A True Beach Cottage

This property IS the best on the strip. Location, ease of access, cleanliness, size, price and steps from the beach and 10 minutes from Beach 1 and the strip. My teenaged sons and I had the BEST time!! Booking for next year!!!

Great location on the beach

Cottage was as described - great location just up the hill from the beach. Mostly quiet neighbors, mostly nice weather, mostly comfy beds - didn't need much more to make a good holiday. Susan was responsive the few times we had a question or needed something. Good experience.

Group stay at the beach

We rented two cottages next to each other each with two bedrooms. The cottages looked as advertised and felt adequate for our needs. They appeared to be newly renovated to update their look and feel. When going to Wasaga the main draw is the beach, so we only spent time inside as necessary. For that purpose the cottages were perfect. The location is great for the beach. It is down a little ways from the main strip so you can avoid the large crowds and secure your own place easily every morning. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we will likely do it again.

Family Friends

We stayed in cottage #3, our friends stayed in cottage #4. This was just what we needed! The proximity to the water was amazing and our kids spent the entire time on the beach. I would come here again for sure! I would also recommend this for a long-weekend getaway.

Great Stay!

We arrived to the cottage and it was clean. The area is convenient and right by the beach. The manager continued to communicate quickly to respond to any questions/concerns. Definitely would recommend and come back again!

Great Family Beach Weekend

My husband and I brought our kids for a beach weekend. The weather didn’t cooperate so we didn’t get a chance to experience all that’s available but plan to come back again next year. Kitchen and bbq were great for cooking family meals.
