OPEN CONCEPT, HARDWOOD & CERAMIC FLOORS, CATHEDRAL CEILINGS, POT LIGHTS THROUGHOUT ALL HOUSE. FRENCH DOORS TO DECK FROM GREAT ROOM. THIS RENTAL IS ONLY FOR THE MAIN FLOOR. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE BASEMENT. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE BOOKING THE RESERVATION.

We were unaware that the owner lives in the basement with little sound barrier between the floor and ceiling. We could hear conversations he was having. We experienced weak internet connection causing the tv to buffer often. Great location with a great walking path. Downtown area was a quick little drive.

Everything was absolutely amazing — the house was beautiful, the location was perfect, and all the amenities made our time so comfortable and enjoyable. We especially appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was.

Really Nice Stay

This two-bedroom house was a great place to stay. The house is conveniently located by a walking path and is close to shopping a main roads (by vehicle).The property manager is very accommodating and helpful.The only nitpick I had was that the house can be a little bit cool at night and the tub in the main bathroom could use an access handle, especially for seniors.BUT don't let that discourage you! It is a very comfortable, spacious place that you will feel very relaxed in. Check this out for your next vacation - you will not be disappointed.

Nice stay

We had a nice, but short (2 nights) stay. Enjoyed the area. Couldn’t find a tv remote but weren’t really there to watch tv. Bed in second bedroom not terribly comfortable but otherwise everything was as expected.

Great get away

My sister and I were here for 3 nights as a great location for visiting family in the Barrie area. The house was perfectly equipped and in a lovely setting next to the park. We were blessed with beautiful fall weather and enjoyed the array of colorful fall trees around the property. Overall a perfect setting.

Great little urban retreat on the park

Perfect bungalow in a beautiful park setting - for a mini 2 night getaway for my mum and I. .. close to shops, restaurants, and a 10 min drive to Innisfil casino .. easy to get to from Toronto.. clean and cute - everything you need. Highly recommend.

Great Place for a Little Getaway for some R&R

Very comfortable relaxing stay. Really nothing you need to bring unless you like cream or milk in your coffee :) Lots of golf courses within 5 min to 20 min away. Close to restaurants and anything else you need. Innisfil Beach is 15 min away roughly and Peter was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Tim and Gorete

This property was clean and well equipped. The check in/out went smoothly and communication was clear and consise. The property is well located to Barrie City centre and to cycling/walking trails. I would stay at this property again.

Xmas getaway in Painswick

We were delighted with the property…Lots of room, easy access, great walking paths, small park for children, shopping close by, quiet neighborhood, well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, cutlery, dinnerware), decorated for the season. We were so impressed, we will be contacting the owner to book for next Xmas!
