There is a free private parking and free on street parking BUT please don't park in front of somebody else's entrance.

The accommodation regrets it cannot accept liability for any valuables left in the property or parking vehicles.

Our properties are competitively priced to encourage contractors/guests and also because the central heating is programmed to turn off automatically when the temperature reaches 21C. You must agree with our "fair usage" policy. Water and energy not allowed to be wasted unnecessarily.

You must familiarise yourselves with the house rules and with our T&Cs.

Please note that your reservation may be cancelled without any refund if you are more than the number of guests declared during the booking as that is classed as a false declaration.

No smoking and no parties. Pets are not allowed. The property reserves the right to charge you a huge fee if you do not comply with the non-smoking , non-partying policy or if you damage the property.

Please ensure you're not more than the number of guests declared during the booking as the nightly rate is based on the number of guests. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without any refund if you have made a false declaration with respect to the number of guests.

Children of certain ages are not allowed but if allowed, please keep an eye on them to avoid damages to the property.

For long term bookings from three weeks, we offer a discounted weekly or fortnightly cleaning with changeover of beddings, towels, etc to maintain the high standard of the property. In the absence of cleaning, the host or host's representative will pop over occasionally to inspect the property. This is to ensure it's being looked after properly

We humbly ask that you abide by the house rules/heating policy and avoid damages to the property as they incur extra charges.


-- We operate a "FAIR USAGE" policy . As clearly stated in our listing, if you turn on the Central Heating, it will go off when it reaches 20C . DO NOT TURN THE CENTRAL HEATING ABOVE 20C!

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS BEFORE DEPARTURE:
1. Take all your belongings

2. Lock all the DOORS and all the WINDOWS please

3. Turn off all lights

4. All plates, cups etc are washed and put away dry

5. Empty the kitchen bin and throw away all perishable food

6. Drop the key back through the letterbox
