"We found the Annexe to be very comfortable and well-appointed, with immediate essentials provided in the kitchen. "This home is great with four bedrooms and a nice backyard. Was a short walk to restaurants and pubs. A convenience store a few doors down made it easy to buy anything we needed from food, snacks and drinks including spirits and beer. "Kinda hard to list this property as it’s not an apartment (but you can use the kitchen) and it’s not just a room as it’s the size of small flat with plenty of space and your own wc on your own level of the house so it’s private too. It’s large, well furnished and fantastic location with a small car park just opposite it’s a great place for a couple of night stay. "

"Wow! What an incredible place! Lovely location, and an absolutely spotless apartment. Beautifully designed and with everything needed such as a dishwasher and utensils, all done to an incredibly high standard. The photos on the listing are spot on. "Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general. A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood...

"We booked this property for a family celebration. It is located in a very pleasant location close to Chichester Harbour.
