    1 bedroom (160cm bed) with large wardrobe and TV.
    1 bathroom (walk-in shower)/toilet with washing machine and heated towel rail.
    1 covered terrace/balcony of 14 m² with exceptional views of the marina, beach and sea.
    This residence is located near shops, restaurants and the famous Potinière beach.
    The rent includes the provision of bed linen, towels, tea towels, electricity, water and end-of-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning available (extra charge).
    Locked parking space on the ground floor with electric charging point (additional charge of €10/day).
