"We loved our stay in this beautiful B&B. The location was perfect for exploring Philadelphia. The area is beautiful and very walkable. Our suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely continental buffet with plenty of variety. We had only one small nitpick when our television did not work, but that did not detract from our stay. We highly recommend La Reserve."

"The shade doesn’t come all the way down, light still gets through at the bottom. And maybe warn guests in the rooms facing the parking lot that trash gets picked up at 3am. And staff is a little loud going in and out of the staff only elevator in the middle of the night"

"The location is outstanding, right on Rittenhouse Square. The staff is incredibly helpful and super nice. Doorman will hand you an umbrella on your way out the door if it’s raining and without asking, ask where you are going and try to direct you the most efficient way - lot of traffic and road closures in the city. "Staff was very helpful and friendly, as well as many choices for breakfast. No mention of lack of self parking. This was a big disappointment, as I had to drive around until I could find a none Valet parking garage. I drive a Tesla and did not bring my key card soI was unable to Valet park. Had I known I would have made sure to bring it. Also I had use shampoo as the body wash dispenser was empty."

"Our stay was pretty good. no big complaints, we were literally there for one night we left at 4:00 a.m. the staff was friendly, there were no wine glasses in our room so I called the front desk and ask for glasses, they brought it up super fast I appreciated that. The room was clean.the only issue was that the oven doesn't stay seal so you continuously have to hold it in order for it to to bake. The record player doesn't work but overall everything was up to par. Thanks I'll definitely stay...
