. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Trani Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



All guests must present valid identification upon arrival, as required by Italian law.

- FROM BARLETTA STATION, you can walk to the apartment in about 14 minutes.



- IF YOU’RE TRAVELING BY CAR, parking is not included. However, you can park on the street for free (white lines) or for a fee (blue lines—NOT guaranteed).
