The view of the mountain and a large meadow in front make it a pleasant place to live, quiet and leaves plenty of space for outdoor play. The animals will find something to let off steam without risk because the house is far from the road. The swimming pool, secure, shared with another apartment, not heated only with the sun (between 23 and 27°) is very pleasant in summer, to relax and cool off after long hikes or for children who know how to swim, who will be able to have fun and make new friends.
Located 10 minutes walk from Luz St Sauveur, where all the shops and restaurants are located, in the village of Esterre, this house offers a real haven of peace, cocooning with family or friends.
Some short walks are possible directly on foot from the house. Martine and Philippe, the owners will be happy to give you all the information for your hikes and on the multitude of beautiful things to see and do in this beautiful valley of the "Pays Toy" which around Luz Saint Sauveur consists of 15 typical villages, 3 ski resorts and 2 thermo leisure centers.
The house consists of a first floor with 2 bedrooms: 1 with bed 140 and 1 with bunk bed, a bathroom with toilet, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms: 1 with bed 140 and terrace, 1 with bed 140 and balcony and 1 with 2 beds 90. All bedrooms are equipped with shutters. A terrace in front for your meals and enjoy the mountain view and a more sheltered pergolas for an aperitif or for a nap.
The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, oven, freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker and a Senseo, toaster, kettle.... A TV in the dining room and one in the living room, WIFI, some board games, washing machine.

Bed linen is provided but not toiletries, possibility to rent them.
