The mobile home is located in the beautiful Cisano San Vito vacation resort, strategically situated between the charming towns of Bardolino and Lazise, on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. The resort is situated—separated only by the lakeside promenade—on the beautiful, long pebble and sandy beach and offers a wide variety of entertainment options.In July and August, the entertainment team organizes a varied program that includes windsurfing, a kids’ disco, treasure hunts, as well as tennis and swimming lessons. The resort also features lovely pool areas with slides and water features, playgrounds, restaurants, a bar, a mini-market, Wi-Fi, entertainment, and a mini-club for younger guests. Of course, the resort also offers many sports activities, whether on land or on the lake. In addition, the resort is just a few minutes away from numerous amusement and water parks such as Gardaland, Movieland, and Caneva.
The Happy Premium mobile home with a panoramic view features modern and bright furnishings. The accommodation sleeps up to 7 people and consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and two children’s bedrooms, each with two single beds. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and features a 4-burner gas stove, sink, cutlery, dishes, an Italian espresso pot, pots and pans, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. In some mobile homes, the toilet is separate. The partially covered wooden deck with a table, chairs, and two lounge chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play by the pool. Air conditioning and an electric grill plate are provided. Upon request, you can book half-board or full-board meals on-site. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several units of the same style available.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The vacation village borders Lake Garda directly and is one of the few resorts on Lake Garda to feature its own large sandy beach. This makes the beach the ideal place to unwind while sunbathing, read a book, or simply relax while the children build sandcastles or splash around in the water. If you’d like to satisfy your hunger or thirst at the beach, you can order from the bar. You also have the option to rent canoes, bicycles, and pedal boats.
POOL
Here, you’ll find two family pools and a children’s pool offering plenty of fun for the whole family. Slides and water games are sure to delight the kids. The hot tub guarantees complete relaxation for adult guests. Afterward, you can relax wonderfully on the large sun terrace in one of the many lounge chairs. A well-stocked kiosk provides refreshments.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
With the entertainment team, our younger guests can experience new adventures every day. You can choose whatever you like best, whether it’s tennis, swimming, aerobics or canoeing lessons, soccer and volleyball tournaments, water skiing, mini-golf, beach games, or dance evenings. But if you’d rather take it easy, you can enjoy sunbathing at one of the swimming pools or on the private beach.
RECREATION AND SPORTS
The resort features a sports field/soccer field, a tennis court, table tennis, and, of course, plenty of sports activities by the pool and lake.
SHOPPING
In the mini-market, you’ll find fresh fruits and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese, and other groceries. The resort also has a general store selling tobacco products, newspapers, children’s toys, beachwear, souvenirs, and camping supplies.
MEALS
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, and pots. Shopping options are also nearby. Of course, you also have the option of dining at one of the two restaurants within the resort. A variety of Italian cuisine awaits you!

SPECIAL NOTES
During peak season, a bus shuttle to Gardaland amusement park is available, as well as the opportunity to try paraflying. The tenant is responsible for final cleaning. Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc., are provided. The accommodations are inspected to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will result in a charge of 50 euros. High chairs and travel cribs must be requested at the time of booking or reported no later than 1 week before arrival (later requests cannot be guaranteed).

The vacation village is located directly on the beach, making it ideal for families with children. The location is also perfect for excursions to the beautiful villages of Lazise and Bardolino.
TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Cisano di Bardolino is located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda between Bardolino and Lazise. South of the town, the “Museo dell’Olio” olive oil museum—where you can also purchase a wide variety of culinary delicacies—is well worth a visit. The historic Church of Santa Maria di Cisano, with its well-preserved Lombard decorative panels, is also worth a visit. Every Monday, Cisano hosts a weekly market that’s perfect for a leisurely stroll. There are many wineries in the area around Cisano di Bardolino. Villa Calincantus is located just one kilometer from Cisano and is known for its rustic charm. Another winery is Tenuta Preella Lamberti, where you can also sample fine regional wines every day of the week. Cisano also offers a great opportunity to explore the surrounding area, both near and far. Bardolino also offers a great opportunity to explore the surrounding area, both near and far. In just half an hour, you can take a city trip to Verona with its Roman history, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and, of course, the world-famous Arena with its open-air performances. To the west lie the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, which invite you to enjoy an extensive shopping spree. Even picturesque Venice is easily accessible from Bardolino. A drive around Lake Garda is always a memorable experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of amusement parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. For example, in Castelnuovo del Garda you’ll find Gardaland, one of Italy’s largest amusement parks. Families will have a wonderful time here, as there’s something for everyone—young and old alike—with over 40 attractions ranging from whitewater rides to a fairy-tale-themed world. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits, ready to introduce visitors to the underwater world. At Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide all the action you could want. Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes’ drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species, and its residents include several endangered animals such as tigers, leopards, and red pandas. Visitors can go on a safari along a walking trail and get up close to animals such as rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
