Paola's House - In the Heart of Bardolino

Located right in the heart of Bardolino, just a short walk from the lake, restaurants, and the town’s most charming streets, La Casa di Paola is a brand-new apartment—recently renovated and never before occupied—designed to offer comfort, style, and convenience in one of Lake Garda’s most beloved destinations.

Once you enter through the front door, a short flight of stairs leads directly to the apartment’s entrance. Through the door, on the left, is the cozy bedroom, perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake. Continuing straight ahead, you’ll find the modern, fully renovated bathroom, and just beyond that is the bright living area with an open-concept living room and kitchen, complete with a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests.

The entire property has been recently renovated with meticulous attention to detail: every room has been spruced up to ensure guests enjoy a pleasant stay in a fresh, elegant, and brand-new setting.

Upon your arrival, you’ll be provided with all the essentials for a wonderful stay (toilet paper, soap, etc.).



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; if you arrive after 8:00 PM, you will be

charged €30, payable upon arrival, for late check-in.

Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM; and you may stay longer

only by asking the staff member who handled your check-in; they will respond based on the cleaning schedule.

Please coordinate your arrival and departure times in advance (at least one day prior) with the check-in staff member so that we can accommodate you and meet your needs.

The total cost of your stay includes the host’s commission (for which the guest is responsible), plus applicable VAT, but excludes the tourist tax, which is payable upon arrival.
