Best choice for couples or small families who look for a nice place right in the center of Barcelona. Please note that there is no elevator in the building.

While we don’t offer hotel services like breakfast, room service, or airport transfers, we’ve thought of every detail to ensure your comfort:

🎉 No parties or bachelor/bachelorette groups allowed – This is a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down.



Check-in Fees:



To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following additional fees for late check-ins. These fees fairly compensate the person assisting with your check-in outside regular hours to provide the best experience possible.



🕗 After 8:00 PM – €40 late arrival fee

🌙 After 12:00 AM – €60 late arrival fee

📅 Sundays & public holidays – €40 check-in fee



Tourist Tax in Barcelona:



🏛️ In compliance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €10,45 per person, per night applies to guests aged 16 and older, up to a maximum of 7 nights.



💵 This tax is payable upon arrival and may be subject to changes based on government decisions
