    Forgo hotel rooms, have the family under one roof and enjoy the beauty of the Mountain State in this 4,000 square foot home with 5 spacious bedrooms. You'll fall in love with this upscale British Colonial space with Caribbean-themed decor that boasts a prime location in a quiet neighborhood for memorable friend/family vacations. With large kitchen and dining areas that open up to a 500 sq. ft. patio deck and grill, this home is ideal for entertaining several guests whether for business, sporting events, wedding groups, family reunions, church groups, a quick getaway or college tour.

    • Four queen beds and one king bed (master bedroom)
    • Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom
    • Several flat screen TVs in bedrooms and common areas
    • DISH HD Cable TV, Netflix and high-speed internet service
    • Full-use kitchen and two dining rooms
    • Baby Accessories (High Chair, Stroller, Booster Seat, etc.)
    • 600 square-foot wooden patio deck and sun/greenhouse room

    PARKING - CARS PARKED ON THE STREET WILL BE TOWED. DO NOT BLOCK NEIGHBOR MAILBOXES OR DRIVEWAYS.
    • The home can hold 6 vehicles (2 in garage, 4 in driveway).
    • Additional parking is available at the community skate park (0.1 mi. away, a 3 minute walk).

Family Wedding Get Together

We had a fantastic time! The property owners were incredibly kind and responsive to our questions while we were there! The house was super cozy and peaceful to stay at! Loved that extra pillows, blankets, and towels were easily available for possible need/use. We all had a great time staying at the house.

Perfect place for family to get together!

We took my father-in-law back "home" where most of his family lives. This house was perfect for all of us to come together, hang in the back yard, grill out, and relax.

Wonderful stay

The home was pretty perfect and the owner was extremely helpful and communicative. Plenty of parking and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The house was clean and spacious. We make trips to Huntington /Barboursville annually so we will definitely re-book. I recommend this home highly.

I was there 4 years ago and the new full bath downstairs was great. Only suggestion is the mattresses need replaced. Loved the deer and rabbits in the back yard.

Comfortable house for family visit

We were in the area for a family event, the house was perfect for our group of 7. Plenty of room for everybody with different seating areas, comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. Nice neighbourhood with very easy access to stores and restaurants and a nice bar/restaurant within walking distance. We'll definitely be back.

Home for the Holidays

We had a terrific stay at this spacious home between Christmas and New Year’s. It was the perfect size for us and was very comfy. The water pressure was fantastic, the towels were thick and fluffy, the closet/storage space was incredible, and it was one of the cleanest homes we’ve ever rented! Location was perfect as we visited friends and family in the area and it was a great place for our local family to come visit and have dinner with us. We would most definitely like to stay here again!

Comfortable home

We found this home while looking for a place to stay for 3 nights while in Barbousville for my mom’s funeral. The house was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for all the family members in our group. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and the owner is very accommodating. We had an excellent experience. It was so much better than staying at a hotel.

Excellent place for our reunion

Our family gathered from NC, PA, OH , OR, and CA. The house suited the 8 of us well—5 bedrooms, one with two beds. Clean, very pleasant, and well equipped. In a walkable neighborhood in the village of Barboursville but convenient to Huntington via nearby I-64.
