  • Esta hermosa casa de vacaciones con piscina se encuentra en el pueblo de ajini en el corazón de Istria. La casa tiene una cocina con comedor y chimenea interior, cuatro dormitorios con baños y un aseo adicional en la planta baja. La excelente ubicación es un excelente punto de partida para diversas excursiones de un día y visitas a lugares pintorescos de los alrededores. Para unas vacaciones activas, hay rutas de senderismo, running y ciclismo, un parque de aventuras y un rancho para montar a caballo. Las playas más cercanas están en Krnica y Duga uvala. También puede visitar las ciudades de Rovinj, Pore y Pula, con sus numerosos eventos veraniegos y una rica oferta gastronómica que merece la pena descubrir.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Netter Vermieter.2 Minuten Weg ist ein kleiner Laden in dem man alles bekommen kann was man so braucht. Ein Auto ist für Ausflüge Pflicht, da ziemlich abgelegen.

Ein super schönes Haus im istrischen Stil.

Ein super schönes Haus im istrischen Stil. Großes Grundstück mit super Pool und Wirhlpool und Tischtennisplatte und Dart etc. Es kommt keine Langeweile auf.

Sehr schöne saubere und gepflegte Wohnung/Haus.

Sehr schöne saubere und gepflegte Wohnung/Haus. Klimatisiert, Küchenaustattung etc. Top.Der Empfang vom Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Ebenso gab es kleines Willkommensgeschenk in Sinne von Wein und eine Platte Wurst und Käse.Einziges kleines Manko, dass Fliegengitter fehlen, ansonsten alles Top :)

Sehr schöne saubere und gepflegte Wohnung-Haus. Klimatisiert, Küchenaustattung etc. Top.Der Empfang vom Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Ebenso gab es kleines Willkommensgeschenk in Sinne von Wein und eine Platte Wurst und Käse.Einziges kleines Manko, dass Fliegengitter fehlen, ansonsten alles Top :)

We had an awesome two weeks in this house.

We had an awesome two weeks in this house. Kristian is a great host who gave us a warm welcome and introduction when we arrived. The house itself is really great. It is clean, spacious and has a pool, table Tennis, Fußball, Badminton and a Jacuzzi. Within 20min you can find big supermarkets but for the daily things, there is also a very small supermarket 2min walk away. Cities like Pula and Rovinj are only a 20-30min drive away.Our dog loved the big garden and with the wall around the house and garden it is ideal for dog owners.The only thing you need to be aware about is that the house is located in a very nice but small town with lots of farms around it so there are lots of flies. We read about it before so we brought fly traps which helped. Most of the farmers have dogs , so there was sometimes some barking, which we as dog owners didnt care about at all and our dog also never responded by barking back.We would recommend this house and would definitely come back.
